Despite best intentions, occasionally buyer-supplier relations break down leaving both sides frustrated and exposed financially. Complicated by time, distance, language and cultural barriers, the two sides may find that they are unable to settle their disputes on their
own and the entire supply chain may be at risk. To help remove road blocks and restore a working relationship,As a service to buyers who find themselves in this uncomfortable situation, SPSZ provides the following support:

Step One: “Triage & Fact Finding”

Fee structure: The average Step One is invoiced at 8200 RMB (payable in any major currency) in situations where there is one buyer and one seller involved.  Upon receipt of signed service agreement and payment in full, the project officially starts. Any direct project expenses (technical translation, transportation and accommodations for example) will be budgeted for and approved in advance.

Time frame: The average Step One is completed in 10 work days.

Step Two: Structured Communication & Field Work if needed

Fee structure: The average Step Two is invoiced in the form of a monthly retainer of 16,250 RMB (payable in any major currency) in situations where there is one buyer and one seller involved.  Any direct project expenses (technical translation, transportation and accommodations for example) will be budgeted for and approved in advance.

Time frame: The average Step Two is completed in less than one month. Complex projects may take longer and are invoiced at the being of each new month on a month by month basis.

Time Frame:  Project Wrap up can be completed in a matter of days once a breakthrough with the supplier has been made in Step Two.

Fee structure:  In order to provide performance based incentive for SPSZ to help the client restore a working relationship with the supplier in as short a period as possible, a onetime “successful project completion” fee of 12,000 RMB (payable in any major currency)  is paid to SPSZ. While every client to date has been fully satisfied by the services of SPSZ, in the rare event that the client is not 100% satisfied with the value of services provided, the client may elect not to pay this final fee.
